SHIPPING POLICY:  Our free shipping offer is valid for deliverable street addresses only within the continental USA.  We ship via standard ground carrier and include insurance coverage, most packages require a signature upon delivery.  Please contact us if you need expedited shipping or want to ship outside the continental USA.

In most cases, your item will ship within 3-5 business days after purchase.  We will contact you if ship out will take more than 12  business days.

For some orders we may ask for additional information to verify your purchase.  We reserve the right to cancel any sale and issue a full and prompt refund. Please note, that in most cases, a signature is required at time of delivery.

GUARANTEE:  We guarantee items to be in brand-new, usable and as-advertised condition and to be free of defects in material and workmanship.  You must have your original sales receipt/packing slip, if provided, to make a claim.  Please DO NOT return any item without receiving a warranty claim acknowledgement and instructions from us.

DAMAGE OCCURING DURING SHIPPING:  Please notify us immediately if your purchase was damaged during shipping.  Save all packaging as the shipping company will need to inspect it as part of the claim. Such claims must be started by the customer, not the shipper.  

RETURNS: We gladly accepts returns within fifteen (15) days of the date of shipment. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested before sending any item back to us.  We are unable to accept returns without an RMA.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses and returned items must be covered by adequate shipping insurance. All returned items must be in unopened, original purchase condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and other items as well as the original receipt or packing slip, if provided. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%  We will issue credit upon inspection and approval of returned merchandise and will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in shipment.

ORDERING ONLINE:  When entering your shipping and contact information and your credit card info, please be very careful, and check your information before hitting the "submit" button. We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect information. Please be sure to give us your telephone number and email address, in case of any problem with your credit card information.  In some cases, we may assess a re-shipment fee if a purchase has to be shipped a second time.

REFUSED SHIPMENT/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE:  If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we will credit your card less the actual shipping costs (what it cost us to ship the package).. This policy applies even if your order was subject to FREE shipping.
